Ciao, my name is Eva Pinti, I was born and raised in Rome, Italy where I spent all my life.
Only in September 2019, I moved to Las Vegas with my Husband, and in December 2020,
we moved again to Palm Coast in Florida.
I have a degree in Clinical Psychology and a degree as a Chef obtained in 2018 at the
Italian Chef Academy in Rome.
When I was a child I used to spend the summer with my Grandmother in
Perugia (Umbria), she was working hard on the farm and mostly in the kitchen,
and was like watching magic happen, my passion for the cuisine was born from her!
I dedicate my life not only to helping others with my psychology and teaching skills but also
to cooking and giving cooking lessons. Are more than 35 years I have cooked, for the people
that I love, and as a chef at in-home private parties.
When I lived in Las Vegas I worked with Sandra and the Joyful Kitchen I was giving
Italian Cuisine Cooking Lessons to kids, teens, and adults. I enjoyed this
experience, and I would love to continue also here in Florida!
Here in Florida are three years that I have worked as a School Teacher, but from the next
school year I will be teaching Italian Online, this will give me more freedom and flexibility
to pursue my passion for Italian Food and give Italian Cooking Lessons.
In my opinion, the secret to the success of a good dish is the freshness and high quality of
the ingredients and the passion you put into preparing the dish.
I hope to share with anyone who desires to learn how to cook an Authentic
Italian Meal, the same Joy and Passion that I feel when I cook.
